Lmao that's what I get for not thinking of that. I'm just starting to prefer the 4 eye look. Makes sense why you changed it to the aero nose though.

Your car is making me contemplate going twin 62/65's on my LME 370 instead of the PTE88 i was planing on going with.

Im using my 9.5 cr 370 with AFR 225's and the built 4L80 I had in my VHO.. Its going into an 89 fox coupe...

sounds awesome man!! With the auto either turbo setup would work great!! From a money stand point I would do the single!

That tig bead makes me wonder if your downpipe is made of aluminum. If so I'll be interested to see how long it takes to burn thru the elbow. Good luck with that.

It looks like alum to me. I dunno if it will burn thru but I think it will crack often. If it gets braced enough it might last. Does not look easy to do tho.

I have heard of a couple guys who are building 4"+ down-pipes and exhausts out of aluminum...can be cheaper in some cases over stainless and there can also be weight savings over steel....

They are not the normal 2mm thick charge pipe that is used on intercooler piping they are 4mm thick. We have a friend that has had his 4' dp on his turbo cobra for 9 months now and has had no problems and his is 2mm thick.

Aluminum is definately up and coming in the exhaust world.

DBRODS tracked them down. Im not sure where he got them. We have been waiting on them for sometime.
