EZ Wiring anyone used it
EZ Wiring anyone used it Anyone used one of these harness? I know its not a name brand but so far the reviews look good on it. But sometimes you pay for a name rather than the part.

I have the ez wire kit. The good: every wire is labeled and color coded The bad: you have to use plugs from your old harness to make it work and the instructions are very bad. Looks as if a kid drew them. I personally think its worth the money. Looks like the same "summit racing" brand they sell on there site. Way worth the price compared to higher end harnesses
I have used a EZ wiring kit in my 86 camaro, it was a very good kit and every wire was clearly labled.
the insturctions are not for a electrical engineer but drawn for a novice. they were easy to follow but you need to do some thinking and modification in some places.
one wiring harness cant fit all cars so there general.
all in all worth every penny!

ez wiring i used the ez wiring set up and i must say that you must have prior wiring exp. its well worth the price. rewiring a car is not an easy job and even the pricey units you still may have to make alteration. the best part about ez wiring is the tech help. this guy helped me with all my questions. trust me, i had plenty of them. i also had no wiring knowledge 'til now. i would like to see how one would use the pricey units to be able to tell the difference.

I have the 21 circut 18 fused kit from EZ. Everything is nicely wrapped up for you out the box. You just have to separate all the engine related wires from the front harness. The kit dose not come with any grounds or connectors. My car was stolen and the body harness was all hacked up, that's why I got this kit. I still have whats left of the old body harness, that's where I will be getting all the connectors from.
My advice to you, if you get this kit... use the one with mini fuses. I say this because the one in the pics below has full size fuses w/ large bundles of wires sticking out the back making it difficult to mount the fuse box. In pics I have seen of the 21 circut w/ mini fuses all the wires come out the side of the fuse box making it easier to mount.
