Default What connectors are these in my 2000 T/A harness?

I'm preparing to rework my 2000 T/A LS1 harness for standalone use in my 1971 Land Rover. There are three multipin connectors just inches from the PCM connectors. They are two 10 pin connectors (one black and one gray) and a 8 pin connector (black). I'm assuming these are for a relay of some sort. Alternately, they might go to a fuse block??? I don't have the manuals yet so I can't look there. My pinout schematics aren't all inclusive either.
Could someone give me quick direction as to what goes to what? It should be the same for any LS1 F-body 2000-2001, I'm guessing. Thanks.

they go to the two fuse blocks. If you have them, the wiring is a whole lot easier. I just connected them and applied power to the fuse block harness and your nearly done less sorting out the VATS stuff. You definately need the Helms manuals.

The Helms manual set tells everything you need, unfortunately mine are 2001 and you're talking about dozens of pages of schematics and pin diagrams.

The three connectors are C100, C101, and C105. The majority of the wires in them are power connections, but there are also tachometer, oil pressure, fan relay controls, fuel pump relay control, etc in them.

I bought a junkyard '99 chassis harness and reused the chassis-side connector hoods, individual wires, etc to make a conversion harness between the '01 LS1 engine harness and my '82 chassis harness. Pics of it in progress are at:

i did the same thing.
the factory underhood power/control harness come with 2 relay/fuse boxes
i just re-arranged the mini and maxi fuses to fit inside one box,

mini fuses
6 ign.........pcm ign, eng ctrl, a/c, inj1, inj2, eng sens
3 b+.........fuel pump, cool fan, pcm batt
maxi fuses......eng ctrl, cool fan, ign
also, the factory cooling fan, a/c, and fuel pump relays fit into the same box.
with the exception of the 4th maxi fuse every slot is filled.

i could have reduced the amount of fuses due to the fact the amp draws are less because of the reduction of emissions components.
eng ctrl mini......powers evap, no big deal

Gen3Benz- do you have any pictures of your fuse box? I just started sorting through the engine harness last night trying to identify all of the connectors. So far it's not so bad... We'll see what happens when I start connecting things to the harness in the car though.

took some pics of the fuse box and harness. i will need to email-them to you they are too big to attach on here

only had to use 2 of the connectors because of all the stuff i deleted
a large ground for the cooling fans.

pink and red wires are for an external ign relay i have to run to power
the ign maxi fuse. i will use the existing ign signal from the ign switch.

gray wire to power fuel pump, control side grounded by pcm

the fuse box has the large cooling fan relays with the a/c and fuel pump smaller relays.
6 ign mini fuses on the left, 3 b+ on the right

to run the power from the maxi's to the minis, i just gutted the 3 prong terminals to fit next to each other, only had to cut 2 wires.

Really? On my '01 setup, the PCM switches relay power for the fuel pump...the relay ground is routed to G110 fulltime. PCM only switches ground for the fan relays.

Evidently there's some variation over the years on how Delphi was managing the fuel pump relay.
