Which oxygen sensors for PSI harness?

Its important you get the correct oxygen sensors.
99-02 the oxygen sensor heaters were powered directly by key switch. Full 12v+ and GROUND flowed to heaters anytime key was one. There are also two versions, case ground & isolated ground. Using isolate ground sensors in a harness built for case ground sensors will simply not work.
03+ the oxygen sensor heaters are given 12v+ from the key, but the PCM pulses the GROUND to the heater, controlling the amperage draw. The 2003 sensor shares the same connector as the 2002 back isolate ground sensor.
Call the builder of the harness and ask them, they should know.
6.0L's also got different sensors, triangle shape connector, but these two had different versions, case or isolate ground in the 99-02 years.

the 4.8 and 6.0 sensors have different connectors than the 5.3. Be sure to look at your
o2 connector on the harness to see if its a male or female, then you can go to Rockauto.com and look at the pics of the different o2 sensors to be sure you get the correct one.

Just an FYI, we use the 4-wire flat O2s on all of our drive by cable harnesses as they are often cheaper to replace and readily available. They were used on the 94-97 LT1 applications as well as a 2001 ZO6 (Im sure there are others). Our drive by cable applications use the 4-wire square (gray/white) O2s as the heater ground is modulated by the PCM. Please note that GM used 2 different types of O2s with what seems like 1000 different connectors so we offer what we feel is the best connector (cost and performance) to the customer.
As ItsSlow stated, our manuals are listed on our site for downloading or we are always a phone call away 732-691-6531.

And to the op, is your setup dbc or dbw? If its dbw then get sensors for 04'+ 5.3. If its dbc then get sensors for 00'-02' 5.3.
And fyi, one would think that after spending $500.00+ on a harness, the correct ******* o2 sensors would be included in the purchase to prevent this sort of hassle. Just my $0.02!
