Random Stalling and p0101 code

Random Stalling and p0101 code Having a stalling problem with my 5.3 powered K-5 Blazer. Motor is from an '03 GMC Sierra.
It stalls randomly while driving, usually when going over bumps, and every once in a great while during stopping or turning, so I am assuming electrical. It will throw a p0101 code for the MAF. I have already tried 2 known good MAF's from friends vehicles and it still throws the code.
I've tried moving around all the wires to try and make it stall, but it won't. I've even wiggled around the ECM and nothing. The stalling is starting to become more frequent so I need some help with this.
Also the truck was dyno tuned not long ago and the tuner said the MAF read perfectly the entire time. Also the problem was already there before the dyno.
I appreciate any help I can get with this,
