Default hughes flexplate/th400

currently working on installing 5.3 in my 67 camaro car had a big block 402 with a th400 trans i purchased the hughes ls1 crank spacer and hughes flexplate so i could reuse my trans but converter holes don't lineup my question is do i need to elongate the holes on the flexplate i thought the hughes flexplate didn't need this done or am i missing something

theres 2 sets of holes on that flex plate, i just bolted one up for a powerglide this morning.

Could've just gotten a flexplate from a 6.0 truck engine and saved some money.
