Need some dimensions..

First of all Hello to all! I am considering a LQ4/9 (whichever I may find) swap in my 51 chevy. I am looking for a dimension from the back of the block/heads to the center of the shifter of the 6 speed to see if this is going to work with the interior etc I have. Thanks in advance!

All I have is a LS engine on a stand and an auto sitting on the floor. If you need some motor measurements I can get those for you. There are a few ls1's with t-56's still bolted to them on ebay. These are all listed for doing LS1 conversions, I would email one of those I bet they will get you that measurement.
