Help with a turbo ls yj
Help with a turbo ls yj so I have tried to read speeddemon651's build and I used to have access to the pics but they seem to have disapearded. I am looking for a few pointers
I have a ls2 that I will be working with, so the firt two questions are
1. Mating the 4L60 ti the 231 jeep transfercase, I know Novak has an adapter but I also heard I can build a hybrid case that would not requirer the adapter.
2. what turbo exhaust manafold, the turbo side looks like the one from KB racing, what about the drivers side, I was hoping not to have issues chaning plugs

Easiest would be to use a s10 5 bolt 4l60e adapter with a 27 spline s10 231 t-case with fixed front output.
This will get drivers drop, and have the gm speed sensor hole in the t-case output.
Or, if you want the 6 bolt adapter, you can pull an input gear from a 27 spline 241 and swap it in your jeep case, but then the speed sensor output wont be right.
Im running the s10 231 (early 90's) behind the 4l60e in my 2002 trailblazer.
