I'm curious as to how you did the wiring, I'm working on a swap now and I haven't been able to figure it out yet... Truck looks great though, I love the color, and I love the painted Intake.

i'm still in the process of wiring. i have a stand alone harness from Nelson Performance to run the motor & trans. the hard part is thinning out the factory truck harness & tying into it for the gauges. what year truck are you swapping into? i have wiring diagrams for 96-98 if you need them.

really drove her around today for the first time. runs good, but very slow throttle response. not sure what it could be. i need to get my 3" exhaust ran, right now i have the headers going to the puny 2" pipes that were there. i also may see if i can borrow another stock throttle body, mine's been ported & polished, maybe ported a little too much? after that, maybe look into the tune? other then that she runs great, idles good, shifts good, i'm pretty pleased so far, but i know there's more to this motor.

i've been neglecting my truck a lot since i bought the IS300 & started gathering parts to swap an LS1 into it, so i figured it was time to show her some love & bought some Michigan Metal Works Flat plate upper & lower control arms.

while i have it appart i'm going to put some new bags in & i have some new drilled & slotted rotor & pads, & need to wire & plumb my 2 new compressors. once i get the truck back on the road i can start the IS570 swap.

Did you figure out why it was driving sluggishly?
