It is a flaming river kit but if I could do it again I would have just bought the rack and built my own bracket/cradle! The cradle is 1/2" short so I had to make a spacer for it. The rack looks AWSOME though!!!

So I assume the spacer on the passenger's side is what you made? Bummer that you had to. Looks good though.

That is why I make so many parts. By the time I finish re-engineering stuff I paid for I'm usually quite bent so I started making things on my own and saving myself time, stress and money.

I build things all day for drill rigs and wanted to buy bolt on parts but I am at the point of "Make it myself"! I have been waiting 4 months for my rear brake caliper brackets! But yes I had to add it to the pass side and the TECH at flaming river didn't know why it was 1/2" short!!!

Understood.

Over the years I have only purchased a very small handful of aftermarket parts that didn't require light fabrication to fit the specified application. As such cars have become my creative outlet.

Now that's a pain in the ***. It looks really sharp in there thats for sure.

Are you going to have to notch the frame so the tie rods don't hit or did the bracket drop it enough?

For some reason none of the pictures in either of your last two posts work for me in two different browsers.

I hate suspense.

Interesting, your album DOES work but none of the pictures in this thread work. They also work from my HTC EVO and Samsung Galaxy S II in mobile mode.
