LS T56 Bracket
LS T56 Bracket I need the hydraulic clutch bracket that bolts behind the brake booster. My car has power front discs. Do i need to go manual to make this work? I don't see how the clutch master would fit behind the power brake booster? Anyone with a 70-72 chevelle w power brakes done this? Any help would be much appreciated.
Yes. you can find the template in the FAQ.. it does work well.. S&P markets one.. you might find other on the internet. it is not hard to make from 1/8" or 3/16" metal.
I bolts behind the booster and against the firewall. the Master will then be below the booster and angling away from it. If you look at a 4th gen master. the firewall mounting surface is at a angle. Which is why you need the bracket.

You can see what I did on my swap by using the link in my sig..

Can't speak for the fit but the quality of the piece and it's finish is very high. Of course we are talking about $30 for a bent piece of metal, but nevertheless it is higher quality than I expected. I think 71fakes bought one as well.
