yup, for me I was already at the yard and there were plenty of them, so I just grabbed one, for the less than $5 price... but sure $15 isnt bad, if you dont frequent the yards looking for hard to find parts for other projects... not bad at all

Ok tried to place the cumputer under the dash right in front of the console. I did not like the look or the how it sat there. So back to the dawing board.

You guys that have used the S10 trays have you tried to use the factory overflow mounted on the inner finder? Wonder how this will look. I can get it from a 98 S10 blazer later today. Again will le you know how it looks.

Tim.

I mounted mine in the engine bay along with the diag port and adapted mark8 fuse box. Being a tech I like having easy access to my essential electrical junctions without cramming myself in odd positions under a dash. so in the engine bay it went! ALmost looks like its supposed to be there!

That is kinda what I was looking for. Since I have decided to go ahead and mount it in the engine bay.

Thanks for the pics.

I found an overflow and computer tray at the salvage yard and picked it up for $5. Got it some what mounted. Need to check for hood clearance now.

I figured I'd bump this seeing as most of the front page in this section was all G-body stuff.

I used the S10 bracket just like everyone else has, except I had my harness routed inside the car and to the passenger floor side. It's hidden underneath the carpet near the footwell area. Unless you have or are quite used to the floorboard, you may not even notice it. The mount is bolted in and its very secure. I think I'll cover it with some insulation to protect it from wet feet eventually.

Using truck harness, I mounted pcm on driver side where the charcoal canister normally sits. Looks good, too. Those pcm trays come on cargo vans too.

If I recall correctly, the guys with s10s and lsx swaps use a 94-03 s10 overflow tank. I believe that is the overflow tank pictured.

On a side note, using the ECM needed for my l92, I made a custom plate that mounts to the inner fender and wheel well on the driver side. I was hoping to make a cover for it at some point in time but it will have to due for now. It houses my ECM, TCM and the fuse box.

New body style S10. I think even the 1994 pickup overflow had PCM mount provisions.

i made a a bracket like post 3 and mounted it in the opening in the radiator core suport right in back of the head lights. the computer is waterproff as long and you have the orange harness gaskets and seal off the wires that were deleted with silicone. and its out of sight. i can provide pics if you want.

This one still has me stumped, with the ac still in the car, i couldnt find a clean place to mount it under the dash. I also tried to use the s10 overflow bottle, but no luck with that one either. It didnt fit that good with my high mounted ac compressor.
