If anyone has any questions or comments about this front end setup I would be happy to answer. IMHO this kit was well built. once you get past cutting up your factory suspension it went together real smoothe and the directions were clear.

Been making some headway over the last couple of weeks. Swapped a car intake and Kwick brackets are in and they clear the stock hood. Disassembled front end, painted reinstalled. Headers are cut modified and wrapped, Sub frame connectors are in, putting together fuel system now getting ready to put valve springs and oil pump, chain, seals in motor then reinstall. Next major purchase is a Harness and computer flash. Have to call PSI! Lots of photos.

Does that brake booster fit with the engine in? I have about 1 1/2" clearance from the valve cover to a manual master cylinder in my Maverick...

Wind Mill: The 4L60 needs some tunnel cutting and massaging. I cut the factory cross member brace out and then used a rose bud tip to heat the tunnel where it meets the firewall back about 8 inches then slowly worked the metal. We then reinforced the floor with 1/8 flat stock. Not as bad as you would think but I'm glad that this part is done

The only kit on mine was the RCMotorsports front end setup, which looks pretty close to what mmag has. My 200R4 also required tunnel thrashing, I ended up cutting where the tunnel met the firewall and moving that intersection up an inch. Trans is so tight, I'd have to pull it out just to remove the servo cover!

Windmill; I used tci kit for the suspension and mustang steves power brake booster conversion.

S10xgn I know that you used a detroit speed power steering pump flow reducer but what fitting did you use to adapt it to an line? Part number? Any help? Thanks mike

They have two, one already has an AN -06 male end and the other is the same except it has a female outlet port. You might want to call them, their website descriptions pretty well suck...

Baggings I will get the number tonight. It was the one where you make your own bracket and he sends a list of Boosters and mastercylinders and a new pin for the brake pedal. Even with my modest welding skills i was able to make the mods in 2 hours.
