bummer.... A bit of traffic back up and someone was really close to me and then someone rear ended that person which in turn slid into me...

poor euro bumper

It's not tooooo bad, bumper is toast for the most part. Back of the trunk is pushed in somewhat and the truck lock doesn't release as good as it did before.

Could have been a lot worse. The other two cars had zero damage... probably thought mine was just a POS anyway.

shame that happened.

pull the bumper out with a chain and a tree, collect insurance money, and go buy more parts!

Thinking about selling this.... If anyone is interested send me a PM or email jake@classicdaily.net

Either in it's current shell....another super clean black shell...or into something else.

Got something else on my mind and I can't keep them all.

I too have been following your great work. Could you email me about a set of your motor/trans mounts? I am considering an E28 build myself.

Thanks, Jake.

What a great build, jakeb! Hopefully I'm not too late on this. I have an E24 and an LS3 and I would love to have a set of your engine/trans mounts. The steering box has always been an issue for me and I was convinced I would have to convert to R&P to get the engine to fit. I put an LY6 in a 65 Mustang awhile back but had to convert to a MII suspension and R&P. A lot less room in there than the E24. Anyway, if you have a set of mounts that you would consider selling, please email me at wvondrehle@earthlink.net. Thanks.
