hello im in the middle of a 5.3 swap in tho my 1988 c1500 all i have left is to get my pcm tuned. I sent it to Brendan on April 2 and was deliver on April 5. i thought that the 2 day turn around and i would have gotten back by 10-12 april its now the 16.he answered all my wiring question and when i asked about my progress on my pcm got no response back from 2 emails. My friends have gotten response from him recently just not me. im pretty depressed lol just have to get my pcm back to get my truck on the road i feel like im gonna lose the 80 dollars i spent on my pcm. has this happen to anyone else cause all i have heard from people is good thing that why i went with him pcm tuning.

 

I had mine tuned by him recently. Got it back in a few days and running great.

 

He did a basic tune on mine and was very responsive. I wouldn't worry, yet. He might be busy, sick or on spring break with the family. I don't think this is his primary source of income.

if he says two day turnaround then it is ok to hold him to that

I own a local business, as well as sell on ebay. There has been occasions where I cant deliver on deadlines. And when that happens I inform the customer and apologize. Offer a free service or a minimal refund.

Ive been in your shoes and its frustrating to not hear back on an issue. Usually I go right to a phone and call now when i dont get any email response. People get busy, Im no different. But sometimes that phone call can help speed up your situation.
