MIL, O2 sims, purge valve.

Hey guys. Putting an LM7 in a jet boat. It's almost done but I have a couple of things to work out.

Does the MIL wire provide power or ground for the check engine light?

I have O2's in my system but for now can't put them in the exhaust. Can I use O2 sims for the short term to get it running?

Finally, I'm using a truck manifold and not using the canister purge valve. What's the best way to plug that hole?

MIL provides ground to the check engine light. You can force the engine into open loop to aleviate issues with the lack of O2s to get it running. Not sure on the canister purge. Hope this helps.
