Just remembered. The pic of the trans above with the connector circled in red is from my old trans I had.

I picked up an 2007 4l60e with a different neutral safety switch.

So the harness I have and currently using is setup for this safety switch.

But I currently have this neutral safety switch on the new trans.

2004-2007 4l60e have this

I did find that the 4L60 and 4L80 use different pinouts. See if this helps.
