It'll work perfect with the flat Flexplate.

Yeah the pre LSx 4l60 will work with that motor. Just may or may not be missing the one bolt hole at top, but it will still work with 5 bolts in it. And you have to use the flat flex plate for it as well.

That's appears to be a flat "used" flex plate with out a spacer should work perfect.

Cool payed a member on here for it and he tossed in some coilpacks for good measure. I will let you guys know how it all works out.
