My friend and I both sent him our computers a few days apart and his has been 2 weeks with no word at all from Brendan. For mine he told me 5 days ago he would ship tomorrow but I just got a message from him saying he would ship tomorrow again. I really wanted mine back by the long 4th of July weekend which would have given him 4 days to program and ship but he didn't do it.
I just hope he is better at programming than he is at service. Bottom line is 2 PCMs have thus far taken over 2 weeks and he doesn't do what he says he will do.

Mine took right around a month to get back, haven't used it yet as my car is still in the building stage, but he did get it back to me eventually
I have a spare laptop that is still in pretty good shape, I may look into PCM programming and start doing my own anyways, one of the things on my "to do" list lol
