Default I just started my LS for the first time have no coolant fans.

I have stated it a couple of times and watched the coolant tempts reach about 230 before I shut it down. According to my tuner Fan 1 will come on at 202 and shut off at 195, Fan 2 will come on at 212 and shut off at 203.

My old PCM had a coolant 1 and 2 relay that were both actuated via ground.I connected these to Blue 42 for coolant fan 1 relay and Red 33 for coolant fan 2 relay. I can take these connections and ground them with the key on and the fans come on.
I'm running a 99 Camaro PCM and wiring harness.

Sound like the PCM is not turning on the B/42 and R/33.. cause if you ground them wire, and the fan tunes on. The relays are wire corectly for power, ground and activation.

I would take a look at the pins on the PCM connector and again in the PCM Tune.

I can't look at the tune I don't know how or have the ability. I will take a look at the pins but they are in the right location now. Maybe they are not making good contact? Is there a way to test the circuit.. how do I know the PCM is reading the temp correctly?

I actually have the ground hooked up straight to ground right now. with the Key on fans come on. I don't think this is healthy for the relays.

I agree thats why i only turn them on when I need them to run. Its getting me by till I have time to fix the real issue with them not turning on
