Sweet , looks good. Gotta love parts **** lol . Is your radiator recessed ? I was planning on recessing them and using 98-02 camaro fans . got them new for 145 shipped

reading your thread over and over again , the front mount turbo is BADASS . How much ground clearance does your crossover pipe have ?

Also what did you get for 26 bucks ? a wiring schematic ?

Thanks bud! Nope, not recessed, trying to leave a good size air gap between intercooler and radiator. I know for a fact I will find a set of fans that fit great tomarrow (didn't get a chance tuesday, damn call of duty sucked up my day off, lol).

Crossover has a ton of ground clearence. Xtreme bumper hangs a good 2-3" lower that the crossover.

$26 gets a year subscription to your choice of vehicle. I think additional vehicles are like $16 a year. Its a gem, you get detailed photos of the connectors, pin layouts and all. VERY helpfull. Hell with this program I you can dang near wire up any factory gauges. I'll try to post up a sample pic.

Small update. I'm a tired **** this morning. Was up at freekin 1am this morning finishing the merge of the harness to the v6 harness.

For you S10 guys, this really is not that hard at all to merge the C101 Connector and C2 Connecter, just very time consuming. Now when I plug in the factory 4.3 C2 plug to the fuse block it will power the 5.3 truck PCM perfect (or it should, don't see why not). And when plugging in the factory 4.3 C101 plug, all gauges, etc etc should work perfect. VERY good source of information is www.alldatadiy.com. VERY easy to actually figure out what wires need to be swapped, etc etc to go in factory location. Oh and a brother label maker will be your best friend until you run out of that hand of God white tape (thats why you see freekin blue painters tape because I live in BFE and at 12am nothing is open to buy more label tape lol).

Anways, I dont see why I wont atleast have it partially tuned this weekend and hopefully have it fully operationally by Thanksgiving.

Alright! Well the past fews days a got a lot more completed. Finally got to start her up for a little after doing a lot of tuning. HPTuners is freekin awesome. Confused as hell at first but the more I read and messed with it, figured it out.

Anyways on to the GOOD STUFF! BTW, hopefully I'll get to drive it tomarrow. Can't wait to try it out!

I think the intercooler setup came out very nice! VERY tight fit but I wound up fitting all that 3" crap. Had to make some crazy bends to get it to fit.

1st Startup Idle Video! All factory gauges work so far, yes I know its lit up like a Christmas tree, Check engine light was I set MAF to 0 instead of 2, ABS light is on cuz front harness is unplugged along with high beam and battery. Air bag is front sensors disconnected until core support goes back on.

Appreciate it. Ain't no joke about avail room in these engine bays. Thought for a second I was gonna have to downsize to 2.5", but decided nope, make 3" fit.

Should have some driving videos soon and alot more pics

***UPDATE***

Wow, all I can say is this is one freekin blast of a vehicle to drive around. The "big eyes" look you get when opening the hood to let others check out exactly whats under the hood is epic lol. I will definetly have some driving videos soon.

I have a few things to repair after driving it for a little. Junkyard water pump starting leaking from weep hole and 1 fan relay took a dump.

But anyways, here's a pretty good idle video (Finally nailed my idle tune down) of how she runs now since I've started figuring out HPTuners.

LOL Orbitorange, I did not even notice that sign until I watched the video prob 10 times.

I really appreciate it fellas. I ton of long nights (I work stupid 55hr work week) put into getting this done. I still got some things to finish on the tune and stuff, but atleast its now driveable. Funny thing is, I am using 2 12" fans, coolant temp staying right between 186-195 the whole hour I drove around tonight.

Gonna lift it up tomarrow just to check everything underneath for leaks or whatever, but I'm pretty sure its ready to hit the streets for a nice long cruise.

Put a bov on! Your turbo probably hates you lol. But it sounds sweet though it makes me want to rip apart my moms blazer and throw my spare 5.3 in. I like the sleeper idea of your blazer I'm looking forward to some wot pulls

First and foremost great build I've been watching since you started and you almost made me buy a (regular) blazer because you make it look so easy. I have a few questions. First is your wastegate performing ok?
Second what do you think of the on3 turbo?
And last are you planning on dynoing it?
I'm planning a similar build far as parts (hints the questions) and this will be my first attempt. Again great work
