OK, so I haven't looked under the car yet, but I am getting some vibration through the floorboard when I let off the gas at between about 1500-2000 rpm (cruising RPM for this car). The headers are very close to the floorboard. They have to be, because my ground clearance sucks. It doesn't feel like a rattle, more like a groan.
I've read about jamming a heater hose in between the floorboards and exhaust, or doing the same with header wrap, but won't that just subject the cabin to more vibration? Anyone else got any ideas? Will dynamat fix the problem?

^^^look at the obvious, first.
The vibration in my floorboard was very intense.
I bought Eastwood's version of butyl rubber sound dampening, and covered the entire floor pan. It solved the problem. The cost is reasonable, and every now & then it goes on sale.
Dynamat is slightly thicker, I think.
