Good deal on a lq9?

Good deal on a lq9? I possibly will be picking up a 2004 70k LQ9 engine for 1k and wanted to know what you all thought price wise....
Engine will come without intake/tb/wiring/computer
Engine will come with coil packs/front accessories from the 6.0
Not sure about any of the sensors though. I plan to swap this into my 85 mcss and have no plans to use the truck intake so that doesnt bother me. The lack of sensors does because of how the ''little'' things add up lol.
Plan would be clean it up, swap in a decent size cam, keep stock 317 heads, and swap in a ls6 intake/tb unless I find a decent deal on a better intake .
Any thoughts?

Harness is garbage and not sure for the pcm.
Up here people want 1200+ for a long block with 100k on it.....
