lq4 in 01 cobra ?

i am looking to put a lq4 with a th400 trans into my 01 cobra it will be turbo'd and have a fuel cell and out of tank pump, will also have aftermarket radiator.

what all needs to be doner to do this?

i know i will need a team z k

-can i use a truck computer and harness?
-how do i wire the gm computer into my car (i will take all my old wires out) looking to do a efi setup

anything else i should know?
