Intake/ fuel rail help please!
Intake/ fuel rail help please! I bought a LS6 intake 12573572 for my 6.0 conversion. I also bought a LS2 stainless fuel rail, but the mounting points on the rail do not line up...they are too wide. I have seen this combo done on here many times....what am i missing? I need help here guys....why wont these line up?

I have been running this exact same combo for the last three plus years. Even if you don't bolt it down (not suggested) you will have to flex the crossover tube to get the injectors to line up but it will work. Just make your own brackets and things will be fine.
I'm using mine because I got it super cheap, the looks were a bonus.
Did I mention it also clears the truck coils with no problems?

My Holley rails came with 2 sets of brackets, one for ls1/ls6 and another for ls2 applications. The rail had 2 different mounting holes for the brackets with the ls2 being wider, the ls2 brackets were also a slightly different height than the ls1/6 ones. By the looks of it, cutting them off or making an extra adapter is your only solution.
