any input on shifter would be very helpful at this point! Been working on this car for about 5 months. we've installed a 02 ls1 motor & trans, team z kmember, 94-5 front brakes, 8.8 rear,3.73 gears,subframe connectors, Ptc convertor, engine has tsp 597/605 cam, ls7 lifters, tsp oil pump, brp ls install kit, 1 7/8 long tubes, spin tech mufflers on 3 inch exhaust,& kept the ps & ac. Have the original shifter init with a homemade linkage & can't get this part right for crap. I've read where guys have used this shifter over & over. I'm just missing something.any pics of linkage would be helpful. This was a 4 cylinder auto car when we started. We got to drive it once so far, but I don't like the shifter its only get to od then binds & flexes not let the gear position be where it needs to be. Car is very impressive as far as performance tho. Can't wait to get it to the track. We put 275/60-15 Hoosier drag radials on it with race industries drag star wheels. The car has turned out pretty nice to this point. I will post pics as soon as I figure out how. We have not went to extreme on tryn to make it lighter, it weighs 2781 without me & 2934 with me. This is my first mustang & havnt figured out how y'all are using this shifter. Does anyone have pics & an answer? Thanks for ya'lls space & time. Jason

Can't help much there, I went aftermarket and went with a custom shifter from Kilduff shifters.
