Default Sorry the pic was on it side , here's this up close pic.

Here's the shot of it. Also u'll see my turbo support better. If u see the opening under intercooler , that's where the radiator will lay down like LS1NOVA did.

Ah. I didn't realize you planned to lay the radiator on an angle in there. That'll be a real nice use of space. I found pics of LS1NOVA's setup here: https://ls1tech.com/forums/forced-in...ntal-here.html. Great work - carry on!

The exhast is in better location cause its clears away fom the MC better.
What is that extra flange between the collector elbow and the turbo housing? It looks like its just there to space the elbow away from the turbo?

Default Intercooler idea

This is just a little update , I'm gonna box the ends where I cut the upper core support then install threaded inserts so I can bolt the intercooler on core support , I'm gonna brace the core support after I cut opening for the air filter. Then gonna make a 1/4 or 3/8 CM round tubing go around the intercooler & bolt it to the threaded insert on core support & that will act like I never cut the core support.

Thank for reading this , it's nowhere like urs , ur car is beautiful & love the green color. Believe me , I don't want to sell it but , I'm trying to save my home from BS situation. I found that surge tank from summit. Did u just weld 2 of -16 or -20 an bungs on surge tank. 1st one on top side for upper outlet on WP & the other bung on bottom of surge tank that goes to upper radiator hose. Should my steam port be lower than the upper hose on the surge tank so it doesn't get air ?? I'm used to having a remote filler next & be done w/ it. I have this Snap On Cooling refill er to eliminate any air.

Mine runs the hoses like normal and a -10 from the top of the radiator tank to the bottom of the surge tank. Steam top to just under the cap flange. Port under the car (overflow) goes to a trunk mounted overflow.

Default Update

Here's an update , got 4 tabs welded on the fuel cell so it can be boiled underneath the frame rails & on top of cell is level w/ top frame rails so I can lay tin on top & install a cess door to fill up. The dash pad is done , now to recover it w/ Scat Pro Car black seat material so it match my seats.
