I went with a gto short shifter. It worked quite well, fit exactly in the factory location but I made an offset shifter to center it perfectly. Also had to trim th hole where it comes through but it's awesome. Shifts beautifully.

 

So I see your radiator is black and angled in the front. I did not see your air to water
intercooler. Where do you have it mounted and what size did you use? Thanks.

 

I ran the short shifter that came with the transmission. Modified it a bit to come out of the shifter hole perfectly. Sorry I took 4 years to answer this.. i dont check this often anymore.
