1993 Chevy 1500 4.3 to LS1 swap help
Hey guys, so I a finally have all my parts and pieces together and am moving forward with the build. I have a 93 Chevy 1500 W/T that originally was equipped with a 4.3L/4L60E. That is getting swapped out in favor of a LS1/4L60E setup out of a 98 Camaro SS. The LS1 is in the process of being completely rebuilt and upgraded with 243 heads, a 220/224 .530/.534 112LSA cam, Harland Sharp roller rockers and assorted other goodies. The actual building and installation of the the engine and trans is not the issue. What I am having some trouble with is getting the wiring straightened out. I have the complete wiring harness and ECM out of the Camaro, but I was looking for some guidance and resources for trying to get this thing wired up. From what I have seen, it shouldn't be a terrible difficult task, but I figured someone out here might be able to help me make it even easier. I have searched around on here for someone who has done this swap before, but I'm not really finding anything terribly helpful. Any assistance is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I done a harness for this swap just a couple months ago. Feel free to pm me with any questions. The easiest thing for you to do is just the stand alone route for the engine, then just simply wire it into the gauges. Ill be happy to help in anyway I can.
