I am in WA also and it was cheapest/ easiest to buy off this LS1tech. I bought one one about a month ago for 1050 shipped without a bellhousing. bought a new bellhousing for ~$180. I looked on CL, in yards, etc. Dont discount buying a core if you get a good price on one. There are always some sweet heart deals out there but 900-1600 is about the going rate. If you dont like it, run another tranny or keep hunting. I got tired of waiting to get lucky.
