Fat Smokey Burnout! '84 Chevy C10 5.3 Swap
Hope this was the best category to start this under. I didnt see a fat smokey burnout category...
I went tire shopping a couple days ago and decided to finish off what was left of my tires. Made for a good show.

Nice, i like those wheels on that truck. I got a vid somewhere here of me smokin my tires till thy let go in my s15. I puked from inhaling so much smoke but a smile never left my face lol. When I built my truck one of the criteria was it had to do a sweet burnout lol, check that one off the list.

I wanted to go till they popped but was afraid it'd damage the wheels. Plus, I wound up having to go somewhere else to get my tires.

I just cut the original line to make a nipple at the radiator. Then did the same at the trans, but longer and shaped like an L to aim them forward. I then ran rubber Transmission line to connect the two points.
May redo them in the future, but not soon because I mounted the AC and the original line routing would have been in the way I think.

Thanks guys. I hope so also. I dont care if they take the wheels and stereo. Just give me my truck back. I've poured a lot of labor and love into that build. Pisses me off.

I don't know if you've done it yet, but put a BOLO thread in the regional forums with pictures, a community of gear heads tends to have an eye for spotting hot rods. I know it seems small, but then you'll have police and enthusiasts looking.
