Im going to be running an A&A corvette supercharger. Without A/c or power steering and hoping to use an electric water pump. So the only accesory I will have is the alternator. Is there any way to low mount it one either the driver or passenger side and use the 4 rib belt to run it? I was thinking of trying to put mount it in the fbody A/C bracket somehow and use the stock tensioner setup for it. any ideas? Thanks

 

I haven't seen it done, but I see no reason why it wouldn't work.

 

I've seen it done. Don't have any links handy. I have seen more people who started to do it that way and for one reason or the other moved it.
