Default Problems finding A/C fittings

I am still having problems finding A/C fitting. I have attached pic showing what I have to connect too. I am using a condenser for a 2002 Camaro. I am not sure of the compressor but have pictures attached. I do not plan to have any hard lines. I already have the hose kit from vintage air. Any help will be very much appreciated.

March performance part#p417 will get you the manifold fitting you need to hook up any common lines to your compressor. I believe from looking at your pictures you have a sanden style #7176 You may be able to source this/these fitting or fittings from any ac supplier.

I found out the compressor was a sanden compressor and the fittings can be purchased for $25.00 from Old Dog Street Rods. They are sending me the fittings for the compressor. I will post P/N,s when I get them. Now I have to find fittings for a 2002 Camaro condenser. Any help on P/N's??? Thank you for all the help so far.

How much smaller is that compressor and mount than a F-body factory mount and compressor? Is it rear port or side port?

The compressor is much smaller and ports come out the side. See pics on the first post on this tread. I use the 2004 GTO mount and made small bracket to hold the compressor. Hope this helps. Still need to come up with some type of fitting to connect to the 2002 Camaro condenser.

As stated in your earlier post you say that you already have a hose kit from Vintage Air, I would suggest that you invest in one of their universal condensers. They come with the proper #8 and #6 thread on fittings. Trying to adapt a factory style hose setup would be way more costly than a new ac condenser.

It's good you already found them but if anyone else is looking, I believe you might end up with a slightly less cost, you might try this link. I find it a little funny that Sanden does not supply this fittings, or provide a place to purchase them. These only fit on Sanden SD7 compressors (or the Chinese ones like them).

I plan to use my stock 99 compressor in my swap when I convert over to Vintage Air. From what I gather, you need to conver the stock compressor from variable to fixed, which can be found online. The stock lines wouldn't work for my application so I had to find a company that sold a different block and from what I gather this would work for my application. I started this thread a while ago. When I start this project I will detail it with pictures and part numbers. I will use the stock compressor unless there is a smaller better option when I go to do my swap. That sanden compressor outlined above looks to be smaller so it has gotten me thinking.
