5.3L t-5 I have a tremtech T-5 that came with my 99 v6 mustang, I am wanting to mate it to a 5.3.
The transmisson has a 10 spline input shaft.
If I use this bellhousing what starter, clutch and flywheel do I use? gm or ford?
and what else do I need?

You'll need an aftermarket bell, like a Quicktime, etc. Make sure it will take a 168t flywheel as that's all that fits the LS motor. Use GM clutch and starter pieces (with the exception of the disc), you'll need a Ford disc for the splines. And the pilot bearing will need a larger ID for the Ford shaft.

Why would you want to use a Ford starter? The starter bolts to the block. Try a search, there's tons of threads here on this swap. Your T-5 happens to have a non-GM bolt pattern which makes the swap a bit more problematic, but the answers are on this forum...
No offence, but he questions you're asking tells me you're already in over your head. Adapting the fords different input shaft diameter, length, spline count, pilot bearing size, bolt pattern, output shaft to a GM LSx application is not a simple answer. Get a GM trans, you'll save a lot of time, money, and headaches.

It's really a pretty simple thing to do, all the info is on this site. I'm just finishing my 5.3 T-5 Fox. Here is what you're going to need:
QuickTime 6037 scattershield, good luck finding a used one. It's kind of pricey also
LS1 flywheel & pressure plate
2000+ Mustang clutch disc
LS7 pilot bearing
96-04 Ford Racing clutch fork
Aftermarket clutch quadrant & firewall adjust of choice
Make sure you have the pivot ball in the bellhousing adjusted properly the first time or you'll be pulling the trans again.

Verdad Gallardo You got that right on cost. Guessing for the price of the Quicktime bell, you could buy a used GM T5 and 621 bell.

As for the LS7 pilot bearing fitting the Ford input shaft, I tested it to my input shaft while the trans was out. Fit just fine
Every ford input shaft I've seen had 0.668 pilot bearing. I know the LS7 bearing is the standard GM 0.59 ID. Is you shaft turned down? Or maybe a swapped GM input shaft? What's the trans from?
Input shaft is not turned down or a GM one. Transmission is from another foxbody as the previous owner of my car broke the original T-5. I didn't measure the input shaft however there wasn't any slop between it & the pilot bearing. It fit just perfect.
