Pulling and modifying blocks from a donor truck isn't a bad idea, I had thought of doing that. I'll keep it a consideration.
Yeah, when I called Nostalgic Air Parts they said if they had any in stock they would already be gone. Apparently a very popular part for them, I know a large number of S10 guys use the same compressor. There's one place that has both adapters but they want like $130 shipped for two of them (one is only like $20 and the other is like $95 apparently). What sort of details do you need?

PN 451-1105 and PN 451-1106 are for the denso 10S20F and 10S17F which is the compressor style I have shown below...

They also have the seals to seal them to the compressor and packs of o-rings that I need to replace. Going to be calling them tomorrow morning to see if they have them in stock and can sell them to me or know where I can order from. Will report back with my findings.

I called AP air, and it's a home run! Parts were pretty cheap too, $22 for one block and $16 for the other plus $4 for the two seals that go between the adapters and the compressor. part numbers!
451-1106 (Denso 10S20F/10S17F to #10 adapter block)
440-823 (Seal for ^ block)
451-1105 (Denso 10S20F/10S17F to #8 adapter block)
440-822 (Seal for ^ block)
They also have 10 pack's of AC o-rings for pretty cheap as well, $3 a pack. Good idea to go ahead and replace all the o-rings on your AC lines while you have the system apart, it's a high pressure system and in my trucks case the original ones were 11 years old. And o-rings are cheap, I went ahead and ordered a pack of #8,10 and 12 o-rings. I'll be sure to post pictures of everything when it all comes in and my final product.
