I did the DOD delete, added a EPS cam 230/241 Duration, .600/.607 lift on a 113 lobe sp. hand ported the exhaust side of the L92 heads, 1 3/4" long tube headers.
Had a friends shop go thru the 4L80E and add a Transgo HD@ shift kit, bought a Edge 9.5" 3600 stall converter, switched all accessories over to GTO/LS1 stuff, the Corvette accessories would not fit!

Well the transmission will not shift, only goes into park, reveres, nuetral, and low. Maybe a tcm problem or wiring issue, dirty socket, not sure. Goeff at EPS did the tune for both. Was concerned as the ecm is for an 07 and the tcm an 08, hopefully that isn't the problem.

Headers with 4L80e? I know this is an older post but I am doing an LQ4 with 4L80e and looking at Long tube headers. I may try c10 swap headers if they are even close to fitting.. What did you use for headers? I hope mine turns out half as good as yours. It's really nice.
