Air intake elbow?

I thought one of these would cure the problem, but the measurements are all kinds of wrong

Would have posted in the build thread, but doesn't look like folks are looking at it too much, so made a new thread.
I have searched, but nothing looks that it would fit.
I need the elbow to go to the driver side, where the MAF and filter can go.
Thanks guys

Best I could think of is a Rectangural tube fit flush and then once you get it to an area that you can transistion it to a round tube ? Not going to flow well into the enterance of the TB.. but at least it will get air into it. Pertty much just going to be an air box.. ?
are you using a MAF.. that would also complicate things...
Good luck.

Heading there to see what can be made to run the 2 temp sensors from the Rover side, inline with the heater hose, but think I have it figured out.
Will look online and see what they look like, thank you!

-Put an elbow between the TB and the intake, effectively relocating the TB. That would save you some length, but add plenum volume.
- Cut down the front of the TB and weld an aluminum mandrel bent elbow directly to it.
-Use a "carb hat" style elbow like this
I cannot reroute the top hose, due to hood clearance issues like I said before. I has to go behind the shroud, no room on top of it.
Calling S&P now....

$402 though.....but that does include a MAF.
Any other ideas on where to look up sizes for the carb hat elbows?
Thanks again

Keep in mind, even after you make the turn you may interfere with your tensioner pulley.
Do you have any shots of your engine bay? Maybe we can come up with other ideas for your application.
Here is a shot of the drivers side, where the filter etc will have to go due to the Rover battery and ECM being on the passenger side inner fender.

I will go look again and see if I can extend the upper hose somehow without hitting the hood when it closes.

You might be able to get a better route and tuck it closer to the engine or radiator.
as Clint suggest, you do have some options. You just need to be creative.

So the neck of the water pump can be removed etc? And replaced with a 90 degree fitting? I searched, but found nothing conclusive.
I just rechecked the possibility of using a stock style top hose, and it hits the padding on the underside of the hood before it fully closes.
Water pump is new, and the old one got thrown out IIRC, so nothing to "experiment" on.
