Well I started on a 5.3 swap with a 4l60e that I got for $700 I had a local mechanic instal the engine since I don't have a garage to do it, here is a list of parts Ive bought and used so far,
-Holly ls oil pan swap,
-trans-adapt (for motor mounts)
-psi wire harness
-premier performance (local tuner)
- gm oem oil tube
- welbro gs392 fuel pump (externaly mounted)
And here is a list of parts on the way
-psi tcc/break switch
-headman ls swap headers (having clearance issue with stearring box)
-maf
I'm kinda stuck wait for parts but I did mange to satart the engine with starting fluid, please leave comments of helpful tips fyi I'm a rookie at this
