New to LS1 and EFI motors

Installed a LS1 engine in my 1994 Chevy pickup. Motor was a used long block with no intake or throttle body. Installed FAST 92mm and Nick Williams TB. My problem is I do not know where all the open ports go on the intake. No running any emmision stuff can I just plug them. I did hook up vacuum to the power brakes. Any input would be appreciated

You can plug what is not needed. But install a pcv valve if you dont have one setup already.

I installed a breather in the valve cover where I think the PCV valve goes and plugged everything else. Motor seems to run OK but have not driven the truck. Using Holley Dominator EFI controller and having trouble with getting smooth idle. Thought maybe I plugged something I shouldn't have
