T-56 Park Neutral Wire?
The factory wiring for this is the 12v Start from the Column thru that switch to the Relay, The Ground on the Relay is the Theft Deterrent Module..when it reads the right key it allows it to start.

The CPP to the PCM (small gauge) is optional for T56. The original purpose was to bump min idle speed when stopped, partly to reduce engine revving to start moving again and partly to keep idle speed friendly under load from the AC compressor
The starter safety switch (heavy gauge) interrupts the starter voltage unless the clutch is depressed. Automatics have this as well in the trans range switch forcing the shifter to be in P or neutral for the starter to be engaged
