another lsx foxbody coupe ive always wanted to build a fox body drag car but i never really considered myself to be a ford guy until i met a guy out at the local track who had an lsx swapped coupe. it wasnt anything special but ever since i saw the car ive been searching for a clean coupe. after a few months of browsing on craigslist i almost gave up hope, seemed like every mustang i looked at had rust or was completely hacked up by some wannabee street racer. a couple weeks ago i came across an 89 4cyl auto coupe owned by an 86 year old lady who bought the car new and had garaged it since day 1. it has a few dings and dents but nothing that cant be fixed by a good paintless dent guy.

so after a lil craigslist searching i came across a deal on an ls2, has 40k miles but the pin that holds the damper on sheared off, the guy was running a procharger and didnt double pin the damper. after a little searching i found out that its common on supercharged ls motors. so long story short it needs a crank and i can get it for about $1000 not sure how good of a deal this is...

victor jr carbed intake
custom cam by ed curtis (great guy to deal with)
th400 with a tbrake 4k stall (which i already have from another project)
aje k member tubular a arms
coilovers
teamz street beast upper control arms
teamz ajustable lca
5 lug disc brake rear end from a 95 cobra 410 gears (which i already have)
5 lug front end conversion with 03 cobra brakes (which i already have)
racestar industry 17x4 fronts and 15x10 rears
