Car has been running for probably 3k miles. I'm still running a Volvo radiator (plastic end tanks), and Volvo plastic expansion tank. The only 2 caps available are 75kpa (10psi), and 150kpa (20psi).
10psi cap puts my boiling point at 242deg. Car typically runs 185-195 degrees. But boils over and pukes a little after it's been parked.
I put a 20psi cap on it and it split the expansion tank.
Should I deal with the puking, or order a canton expansion tank that will accept a 16-18psi cap?
I'm just thinking 10psi is way too low.

It's not that I'm wanting more pressure, I guess I'm just wondering if 10psi is enough.
It's been absolutely flaweless, and runs remarkably cool for a turbo car. Never gets over 205. Single Speed Mark VIII fan on a tiny Volvo radiator.
Just don't like the little half dollar sized puddle of coolant it leaves after sitting.
