Default Schoenfeld headers

Has anyone used the schoenfeld ls swap headers for 88-99 c1500 on a 73-87 c10? I am using eBay camaro headers now, and after a lot of work, I'm not happy with how they fit. Schoenfeld page has pics but I think they are on a 88-98, and I want to see if there are any fitment issues on my body style. I'm using dirty dingo mounts with the engine in the stock location and have a 4l60 trans.

I'm using them on my 85 and they fit fine they're a little close to the DS control arm but wont be in the way. other than that it's just dealing with the other stuff in the wey to get the plugs in but it's worth it

Default Schoenfeld headers

Cool, thanks for the reply. I thought I would be okay with a 30 degree bend for the driver side and hammering in the #6 tube with my camaro headers but they are still too close to the frame. Do you have your engine in the stock location?

Default Headers installed

I got my schoenfeld headers in, I wasn't impressed with the packaging. The flange was sticking out of the box and there was not any packing material. The paint was all chipped off like they had been rolled down a hill in the box, but whatever. Installation was pretty easy, I have my engine in the stock sbc location and the only thing I had to change was moving the arm on my stock shift-linkage towards the frame 1.5" to clear my o2 sensor. I wish I had got these to start with they run parallel to the trans and tuck in nice. Access to the flange bolts and spark plugs is great, the only difficulty was the #7 spark plug and the last bolt on that side but even that wasn't too difficult.

How much clearance between the collector and the engine on the driver's side?
