Did you ever get the intake figured out where you were going to run it?
Or did you leave it where it was?

Those types of surprises are always nice. I should start leaving things unplugged just so I can have the satisfaction of plugging it in and getting 50 more HP LOL

Intake is in the same spot. Might buy a K&N kit for a Silverado/Tahoe from a local parts place to test, so I can return it if it doesn't fit. The way it is shaped to clear the tensioner and the shroud it might work for my application and place the filter on the pass. side. Not really an issue until I have the funds for power steering. Would like to make that happen sooner than later. It isn't terrible without the assist, but would make it that much better.

Pics from this evening. It rained all afternoon and is still raining now. 60mph + 4th gear = burnouts. Hope to record a few videos this weekend.

Nice. I'll tell you. The roof rack adds a really awesome look. Everything about this build is so on point.
Great job Man!

Went to the track last night. No tach still, going to get that sorted out soon as I am tired of not having a speedo, tach or other gauges. 205/45r16 Street tires @ 35psi proved to be the issue. Was so close to breaking into the 8's just couldn't get it to hook well enough to shave that last little bit off. The suspension doesn't help either, that will get sorted out soon enough. Car feels plenty fast on the street and is ton's of fun to drive. Looking forward to modifying this engine and watching the time drop and trap speed go up.

9.0056 @ 78mph
