I got tired of all the issues the injectors have given me so I ended up getting some 210lb Bosch injectors. I had the car up and running with those with ease.

I found that on long hits my iats were going up quick. So after moving the pump and refilling the system I found that there was less then a gallon in the system. So I'm adding an ice tank/fuel cell combo but I'm still keeping the heat exchanger on it, just moving it to the rear. I actually just cut the spare tire well out of it last night to put a flat floor in.

Other then that I fixed the boost control issue, so we can turn it up when I get the back end done, and I have the converter restalled.

Here's a walk around video..

Overall it runs really good. It's taken me awhile to unfuck what the auto tune did when I was having injector problems. So I gotta keep the correction tied down a lot for in case it hits another spot I haven't touched yet.

But it starts right up, and drives well. The inside of the car is quiet, and doesn't rattle thanks to the insulation I put in it. I also put some 10" bullet mufflers on it, as it was droning really bad in the car. The idle video is right after I put the bullet mufflers on it.

nice who's mufflers did you go with? And what are your plans with the car? Street toy or are you gonna play at the track with it now that it's more enjoyable? And if you could shoot some in car video to see how it sounds

They're magnaflo bullets.

It's very much a street driven racecar. Once I get it back on the road and making decent power I'll make the lines to get the ac working. Ultimately I'd like to do drag week with the car. I'm sure by the end of the year it will have a 4L80 to make it that much easier. However with a 3.08 gear I can still roll 75mph and it might turn 2800rpm.

I have a roll bar mount GoPro mount. Once it's all gathered up and doing what I want I'll make some in car videos.

For the record if anything is less enjoyable. Takes forever to make boost, and the limited boost makes it feel slow. It will come around. That new converter should help a lot.

It's funny, I found this thread because I started on a similar project. Just picked up my first fox, swapped all the suspension, gears, axles, and most recently installed the team Z LS swap k-member kit. I'm new to this foxbody game but found it striking how few turbo kits are available for this platform. It's getting a 5.3 s480 combo with stock manifolds. We've concidered the idea of making the kit reproducible and selling just hotside piping for a t6 and bumper exit exhaust, buyer would supply their own truck manifolds, and would be conciderably cheap. Started reading this because its was almost the same thing I'm doing and wanting to look at different fabrication work on bumper exit kits. Then things got out of control and it went tube front end twin turbo ***** to the walls almost. Now it's even more awesome hahah

There's way too many combo variations to make a production kit.

As a business owner if I put the time in to build a bad *** quality kit, and someone else buys it that has a driffrent k member, or is using car accessories ect it's not gonna fit right, and that person is gonna be motherfucking me dragging my name through the dirt saying it's a big piece of ****. Bad news travels way faster then good news when it comes to products.

On3 has a kit, but their kits fit and preform like **** anyways so that's to be expected.

Keep us posted how the new ice tank works out. Hopefully everything will be downhill/easy from there on out.

It's been going easy actually. I just haven't had the time to work on it. I'll have some updates soon.

So other then lines, the fuel cell is just about wrapped up. I put drop spindles on the front, with 1" shorter a arms. Then I also have to pull the rear and so I can weld on the adjustable lower control arm brackets. Once all that is don't I can make a bulkhead to separate the cell from the rest of the car.

I also think I'm gonna put the 78/75s on the shelf for when it get s a big boy motor and go with some 68/65s and then adjust the converter from there if it needs it.

Since it's still a street car I don't want to have be limited by ice when a random race pops up. So the exchanger is in line right before returning to the ice tank.

So you have two heat exchangers? I thought I saw one mounted in the front as well...

I took the one off the front and moved it to the rear.

Thanks...makes sense now. Although, it probably doesn't hurt to have two heat exchangers...maybe...LOL
