Default 1998 f-body ls1 swap

I'm hoping someone can provide me some direction regarding LS swap I'm working on. Specifically how to modify my wiring harness/pcm connectors. I have an original wiring harness and pcm from 1998 Trans Am Ram Air that I'm working with. Trying to see what pins on the connectors I don't need for my setup. Looking at LT1TECH.com, the pin out information provided doesn't not match pins on my connectors. Does anyone know if 1998 LS1 had multiple connector configurations? Any help would be appreciated. I'm putting LS1 in 1959 Chevy Apache.

Attached is pic of my pin outs for my RED connector. Comparing this against the list on LT1TECH does not match.

What does your PCM look like? I see no picture in your post.

You might try comparing to other 98 pinouts. Here's another you can compare to.

1998 F-bodies had a different PCM and wiring pin-out than all the other ones. There is a couple wire harness diagrams around (I don't have easy links to them); but you have to find one for a 1998 specifically.
