Just installed 60lb injectors and an automotive stealth pump.
Got to get an intercooler pipe bead rolled to keep from pooping off as it wasn't originally included with the kit and I think (I hope) I'm getting closer to opening this bad boy up.

Thought the pipes were bead rolled? Looking to get the lsx foxbody kit. Want to run a bw 88mm t6 with fender exit tho, so would be looking to get it without the turbo, ect. Where would I go about getting a down pipe and such since will be running different turbo? That's basically only reason I haven't pulled the trigger yet.

Idk about that. Should have plenty of room, no ac, tubular k memeber, tubular a arms (not that it would go that far). Plus will drive this on the road here and there and any track night ill drive it to and from.

Hey just wondering what you guys are using for injectors and fuel pump. I want to run about 9-12 lbs boost. Looking for 9's in 1/4 mile. I have a 340 in tank pump now. Will 60's be good. My tuner Jeramy Fermato is telling me outside pump with sump, wants me to use methanol to drive around and big injectors. My car runs 10's now on motor. I don't want to loose any street ability. I don't want to use methanol but run pump gas to dd.

Thanks for the insight, now I remember he wanted me to run ethanol, was it e85 if I remember. I just want to hit a 9 sec pass is my goal. I can do it with nitrous but would like to have it available all the time lol. Well gives me hope if you did it with 93.

well decided to bite the bullet, going to order it after New Years at my buddys shop. I'm going to go to 80 injectors, put in my other 340 intank pump with 6an fittings on both ends, buy the aeromotive regulator for return style and run E85 and have Jeramy set it up for 2 tunes. Pump gas and E85. Should be good as I just bought the Fast 102 intake and NW 102 t body. 9 to 12 pounds of boost should meet my goals.
looks all stock even inside, no visible gauges

Sweat like a stuck hog on a bbq spick!!!
LOL
I would think that the AC is a possibility but would DEFINITELY have to wrap the pipework near the compressor so you don't cook the internals/seals from the heat. Remember too, the ac uses a small belt that runs behind the main serpentine and has its own tensioner.
Hope that bit of info helps. Other than that, its going to require custom hose work to go from a GM compressor to ford lines and ac unit.
If you are keeping it fuel injected, the original computer will still control the compressor disengaging and certain throttle percentage to free up the horsepower.
Good luck with the setup. Hope it works for you.

If modifications need to be done, then those modifications could be provided to the folks at On3 to possibly look at implementing them to a different crossover or modified down pipe or whatever needs to be done to keep ac on these projects.
None of us gear heads like sweating our butts off any more than necessary, so this info could help them with sales and marketing.

I'm using the old style AJE K member that uses the 4.6 mounts. Yes I'm racinlsc on the coral. thanks.
now what I'm amazed is that I have called ON3 2-3 times and left messages and posted on forums asking questions about their kits over a few months but no call back or response what so ever. So I ordered the kit from another dealer and it finally ships so I should have it in about a week to see about making the a/c work. Almost makes me want to keep my nitrous stuff as Nitrous Outlet and Nitrous Express are always answering questions on this forum and phone calls. They have great customer service.
