Clutch Help-LS3 and Ford tranny with 6037 bell, pedal feels like crap

got the car all together, 6037 bell, LS1 flywheel, LS1 pressure plate, Ford disk. The clutch is really hard to push. I had to get an extended fork, cable looks good

any thoughts on what to look for next?

Not familiar with those parts, but best thing would be to check to the ratios between the various component linkages and compare them to a stock setup...
