Here is some pics of what I got accomplished this morning.
Installed the engine harness. All the yellow tape are the tags for the harness and Dakota Digital guage feed wires.
A shot of the left side of the harness. We installed a billet EGR block off, very nice quality. Better than the expandable freezeplug type I had in mine.
Installed the power steering pump. The pulley and reservoir were broken when we go the engine. I put the new reservoir on and bolted the pump on. I put a peice fo rubber line on the return and made a solid pressure line. Since there are solid engine mounts there shouldn't be any problem with a solid pressure line.
I reinstalled the radiator and tied the origional trans cooler lines with the F-body trans cooler lines at the front of the oil pan. Also the radiator has a blocked off bung in it so I bent a piece of 1/4" line to attach to the steam tube coming out from the bottom af the throttle body.

Made some progress today.
Made the power steering lines. Rubber return and a solid pressure.
Used a C5 upper radiator hose. Fits perfect.
Here is the A/C extention hose I had made.
Had to use a hole saw on the core support and run the extention hose through. It is the top hose.
Ran the compressor clutch wire in a loom along the hoses.
New power steering pulley and reservoir.
Took the dash out to prep for the Dakota Digital guages.
The origional cluster removed.

The cluster out of the car.
These are the Dakota Digital analog guages that are a direct fit for the OE guages.
All bolted to the bezel. This is the back, they connect to each other then to a module by way of CAT5 cables.
From the front, they look like they were made in the car. I am pleased with the looks and fit.

The A/C hoses were actually pretty easy. Still alot of wiring to do before startup. Fabbing PCM mount now, once that is in then I can figure out how to mount the guage module and the rest of the wiring. Then comes exhaust and driveshaft. Then shifter and startup. I will be there working on it tomorrow morning if you wanna roll up and take a peek!

Progress for today!
This is the module that controls the dash.
Coolant temp sensor.
Here is the oil temp sensor. I had to drill and tap the bypass adapter on the side of the oil pan.
EGR block off plates installed on the manifolds.
Made a mounting bracket to hold the PCM to the firewall. I'm using the studs that stick out from the Vintage Air mounting to bolt the bracket to.

I haven't done a lot of looking yet. As soon as the 69 is running, which should be this week sometime, I am going to get the engine coming for my car. Then the 6spd goes in. Hopefully that goes smooth.
