turbo choice?. I'm new to the turbo world
I've been long debating on nitrous and turbos. And decided to go boost!!.. I've been looking and looking but I can't find any solid info. So I'm hoping someone may be able to pint me in the right direction.. My build
66 mustang
aje tubular front end with billet struts
Caltracs springs and trac bars
12 point cage
Th400 with all the goodies
9" rear 323 gears
418 ls3
Callies parts
9.75:1 weisco boost pistons
Prc 255 aftermarket cnc heads
Holley hi ram intake
160lb injectors
Haven't chose a cam yet..
I'll be street driving a lot as well as hitting the track. I would love to hit the 8's solidly and still cruise the hiways.. I've been looking at s480 turbo with a 1.18 ar or a 91mm with a 1.35ar.??. I'd like it to spool fast and run pump gas.to run in the 8's I think I will need to be around 800-1000rwhp.. thanks for any help!#

with that much motor I don't think you should go any smaller ex size than the standard 96 wheel and 1.32 housing with a big gate or gates.. will or should get you there fairly easy I would believe.
